Logan is a software engineer with over a decade of experience, currently working at a travel tech company. When he's not writing code, you'll find him at the beach, training for a run, playing chess, or learning something new. He is Delilah's proud co-parent and Liz's most enthusiastic adventure partner.

The Bride

Liz holds a PhD in pharmacology and loves what she does. She feels most at home in the outdoors, whether she's hiking through the woods or simply being in nature. Back home, she channels her energy into designing and transforming the indoor and outdoor spaces. Animals adore her (especially Delilah), and anyone lucky enough to have Liz in their corner knows she will fight for the people she loves without hesitation.

  How We Met

  We matched on OkCupid with a 95% compatibility score — which felt too good to ignore. It started with one simple message from Logan: "Are you learning anything new?"

  First Date

  We couldn't stop at just one thing. What started with Smorgasburg in the park turned into a full afternoon at Dave & Buster's, which finally ended at a movie. We packed three dates into one day — because leaving felt like too much to ask.

  We Got a Dog

  We adopted Delilah, our Jack Russell Terrier, and immediately agreed that all future major decisions would require her approval.

  We bought our first home together — a big step, a big project, and great decision overall (Delilah approved 🐾).

  The Proposal

  The original plan was to propose at a museum, but life had other ideas. So on the drive home, Logan and Liz's cousin Jerry hatched a new plan: an escape room board game, with the ring hidden inside the game for Liz to find. She solved the puzzles, but she did not see it coming.

Kathleen is a nurse by profession and a natural caretaker at heart — Logan never goes too long without a message reminding him he's loved. Brian keeps everyone laughing with a joke always at the ready and can hold his own in any music trivia contest.

Isaac Vellangany & Elsa Isaac

Parents of the Bride

Isaac is a professor and Elsa a retired nurse whose faith is at the center of everything she does. Together they are the kind of parents who would do anything for their daughters — and prove it daily. They love to cook home made meals using fresh ingredients from the garden.
